Email Marketing 
ClickDimensions' built-in email marketing capability makes creating, sending and tracking great looking emails quick and easy.
Send bulk email to marketing lists, send email to individuals directly (single send), or trigger emails to be sent by CRM workflow. All tracking comes back into CRM so the results are visible and actionable.
Web Tracking  
ClickDimensions tracks every visitor on your web site, attempts to discover the company/organization from which they are visiting and reports this information to you on our marketing dashboard. 
When  the visitor becomes identified, by completing a form or clicking on a link in a marketing email (or an email sent from Outlook or other email software), all his or her past anonymous browsing activity is available on their CRM record with their identified browsing behavior.
Lead Scoring   
As ClickDimensions tracks individual visitor activity on your web site each visitor accumulates a score based on his or her visits, page views and more.
Scoring is based on default values you set but you may also score certain pages higher or lower based on their importance in showing visitor intent.
Using the lead score your sales team can quickly and easily determine which leads to pursue. ClickDimensions scores all visitors; anonymous, CRM Leads and CRM Contacts.
Campaign Tracking  
ClickDimensions emails, web visits, page views and form captures records can be linked to CRM campaign records.
For example, for a product launch you might have a dedicated landing page or micro-site. You’ll want to track exact visits and visitors of this content to your campaign record. With ClickDimensions doing so is as easy as placing the CRM Campaign code in the page(s) you want associated with that campaign.
When you view the campaign in CRM, all visits, page views and form posts are cleanly linked to the campaign record.
Form Capture
ClickDimensions makes it easy to create web forms with our drag and drop designer or to integrate your web site’s existing forms into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
When a visitor completes a form, his or her email address is checked against all email addresses in CRM to avoid duplicate data.
Lead or Contact records can be created for visitors who are not already in your CRM and all the data the visitor submits on the form is linked to their CRM record.
Social Discovery  
ClickDimensions uses the latest social discovery techniques to find publicly available prospect information from the social web.
ClickDimensions social discovery can often find the individual’s exact LinkedIn profile and brings the individual's picture into CRM along with job title updates.
The Social Discovery service also searches the Facebook and Twitter APIs to find information your prosepct or customer has made publically available.
